Flowfox is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to support our distribution department in Boston. This role is available part-time or full-time. Applications are accepted only from Massachusetts. Hourly pay ranges from $17-$23. Training is provided, and schedules are flexible.

Duties

  • Respond to customer emails and chats
  • Support distribution-related inquiries
  • Provide order and shipment updates
  • Resolve basic service requests
  • Log interactions accurately
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams
  • Follow support procedures

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Massachusetts
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
