Major Duties :

• Leads others to solve complex problems
• Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions

• Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise

• Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Knowledge :
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
• Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff. Experience :
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
• Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15 years and/or equivalent experience.
  
  
  

Salary Range:

$137,400 - 233,600 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
