Compliance Officer - US - One Ten Associates

One Ten Associates is partnering with a Global Hedge Fund that is looking to hire an experienced Compliance Officer to join their New York office.

Reporting into the Global Chief Compliance Officer, you'll be expected to be the go-to compliance individual for US compliance matters, with regular interaction with the front office, senior stakeholders, regulatory bodies etc...

The role will be broad in nature, duties including:

• Providing real time compliance advice
• Maintain the US trading compliance programme
• Conduct compliance monitoring and surveillance activities
• Work with the global compliance team to oversee and carry out the global compliance programme
• Carry out day-to-day core compliance tasks, including PA Dealing, Regulatory Reporting/Filings, Conflicts, etc...
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have circa 7-10 years compliance experience, having worked for a Hedge Fund in the US. You'll have the knowledge and experience to be able to have regular, day-to-day interactions with senior stakeholders.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
