Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the full software deployment lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, design, build/configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Configure and deploy WorkForce Software modules: Time & Attendance, Standard & Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting
- Support multi-wave enterprise deployment strategy across North American operations
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws and payroll integration requirements
- Collaborate across HR, IT, Operations, and Finance to align system functionality with business requirements
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user sessions; create documentation for business and technical users
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during deployment, ensuring stabilization and process efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations and drive cross-functional alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (IT, HR Systems, Business, or related)
- 10 years of IT experience supporting complex global programs
- Hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience (Time & Attendance, Standard & Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting modules)
- Experience supporting full software deployment lifecycle and multi-wave enterprise implementations (10,000 employees)
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor regulations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Background in automotive/manufacturing environments (union & non-union)
- Familiarity with complex manufacturing shift operations, including rotating shifts and job-based scheduling
- Experience in project management or business analysis for enterprise HR/workforce system deployments
- Exposure to enterprise workforce analytics and reporting
