You ll partner with senior business and technology leaders to define the target state architecture, drive innovation and modernization, and ensure that all solutions align with Capital Group s long-term strategic vision.
What You Ll Do
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for corporate systems and platforms.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, secure solution architectures.
- Lead the design and governance of end-to-end architectures across cloud, data, integration, and application domains.
- Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, data platform evolution, and API-first integration.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and vendors to support business transformation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical, security, and compliance standards.
- Guide architecture reviews, mentor solution architects, and promote best practices across teams.
- Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies and evaluating their potential enterprise impact.
- 10 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with leadership across corporate technology domains.
- Strong background in cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid integrations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with ERP and corporate systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle Cloud, or similar).
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence architecture direction and governance.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred: TOGAF or Cloud Architect certification (AWS/Azure).
