Currently, we are hiring for the following position;
Managing Consultant - Workday Technical Implementation for Human Resources System - Level II
This role requires expertise in Workday, including but not limited to, business processes, calculated fields, adaptive planning and compensation structures (grade profiles, salary plans, allowances, bonuses, eligibility rules, and compensation packages). It also involves data conversion, benefits administration (457(b) Deferred Compensation Plans with Roth), and report writing (standard, matrix, advanced, and trending reports), as well as working with custom business objects.
Key technical skills include payroll, time tracking, attendance management, inbound/outbound EIBs, onboarding/offboarding, and custom integrations.
Additionally, experience in event management, release management, self-service configuration, and security (security groups, domain security policies, and functional area security policies) is necessary. The role also involves managing different Workday environments, including implementation, sandbox, and production tenants.
Must be able to design, configure, test and implement: Time entry codes, time off codes, calculations and eligibility rules Payroll earnings, deductions, calculations and eligibility rules Benefit plans, enrollment rules and eligibility rules (including but not limited to 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plans with Roth) Compensation plans, allowances, calculations and eligibility rules Business Processes Reports Security EIBs
Must be able to communicate well and work with existing staff and teams as well as independently. Staff may include individuals from other departments and/or agencies.
Must be ambitious and self-reliant.
