Our client is seeking a Workday Payroll Processor. The Workday Payroll Processor will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and the administration of compensation and benefit programs. This role will play a vital part in supporting the organization s talent and business strategy through data-driven insights, compliance awareness, and the optimization of total rewards offerings. The total rewards specialist will help to ensure the company s compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with legal requirements.

- Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for 200 employees, ensuring timely and accurate review
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes
- Investigate and resolve timekeeping issues while providing prompt support to employee payroll inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll policies
- Manage annual open enrollment, plan renewals, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other laws
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform salary structures
- Maintain and update position leveling and pay ranges
- Oversee the annual compensation review process (merit, bonus)
- Provide compensation guidance to HRBPs and business leaders
- Conduct compensation and benefit benchmarking to ensure programs are competitive within the industry and support talent attraction and retention goals
- Analyze internal pay equity and implement fair pay practices that support a culture of transparency and trust
- Evaluate utilization and effectiveness of benefit offerings; recommend improvements based on employee feedback and industry trends
- Stay up to date and informed on regulatory changes in payroll, benefits, and compensation laws to proactively ensure compliance and avoid risk exposure.

- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resource Management, Payroll or Bookkeeping , or related field preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification required
- Workday HCM experience required
- 100% On-site in office position
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
- Ability to read, hear, and speak
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry 5-10 lbs. (computer, etc.)
