We are hiring a Workday Integrations Engineer People Systems for a high-impact role focused on building and scaling HR system integrations across enterprise platforms.

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in Sunnyvale, CA or Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and enterprise systems
• Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connectors (CCW/CCB), RaaS, and Workato
• Automate HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, access provisioning)
• Map, transform, and validate complex HR data across systems
• Partner with IT & Security teams for identity and access integrations (Okta)
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity
• Maintain documentation and support SLAs
  
  

Required Skills:

• 3 7 years of experience in HR/People Systems integrations
• Strong hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect
• Experience integrating Workday with Greenhouse & Okta
• Hands-on with Workato (or similar iPaaS tools)
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT
• Understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Compliance)
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with workflow automation across HR/IT/Security systems
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP systems
• Familiarity with GenAI-driven automation
• Experience in high-growth or cloud environments
