Workday HCM ERP Implementation Consultant / Higher Education / Cleveland, OH

Our client is a prominent higher education institution. Based out of Cleveland, OH (44115), they are looking to hire a Workday HCM ERP Implementation Consultant on a contract basis (onsite 2-3 days/week).

Contract Duration: 12 - 18 Months Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration and business process frameworks
• Proven experience supporting ERP implementations within higher education environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and testing methodologies
• Proficiency with SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract environment

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM systems
  
  

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• Workday HCM: Design, configuration, testing, deployment
• Core Modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence
• Data migration, system integration, defect troubleshooting
• SQL
  
  

Daily Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM
• Assist system design and solution alignment for HR, Payroll, and academic teams
• Recommend best practice configurations
• Data migration, validation, and integration activities
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT)
• Create user documentation and support training
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
• Assist Data Center team with PeopleSoft HR troubleshooting as needed
