  • 7 years of experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials, including hands-on configuration and support. Familiarity with ADP a plus.
  • MUST HAVE: Recent experience in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Workday Pro Certification (Compensation, Talent, or Reporting modules)
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI)
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations or upgrades.
