Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience specifically in Payroll, Benefits, and/or Compensation.
- Experience with EIBs for mass data loads; familiarity with Workday reporting (Advanced preferred).
- Strong functional understanding of Payroll and Benefits operations and how they translate into Workday config.
- Experience supporting Workday release cycles, regression testing, and configuration updates.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration issues and propose practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards stakeholders.
- Experience with Time Tracking configuration is a plus, not required.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
- Workday training or certification preferred.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week (local candidates only).
