Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Manhattan WMS project leadership and system implementations.
• Proficiency in AS400 operating systems and Aldon Change Management tools.
• Experience with SOX compliance protocols and internal application control auditing.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with AS400 communication protocols including hand-held scanners and voice systems.
• Experience in supply chain inventory management and distribution center operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of warehouse management system projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Ensure all technical workflows and system processes strictly adhere to SOX regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps incorporating resource allocation, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to drive collaborative supply chain solutions.
• Manage project scope modifications, budget forecasting, and critical schedule adjustments.
• Present technical project status, risk analysis, and issue resolution plans to senior leadership.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to stakeholders regarding WMS advancements.
