Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience in Functional and/or Technical WMS support
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Production Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
- Experience supporting WMS operations in a production environment
- Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide system solutions
- Experience working with end users, business teams, and support teams
- Strong SQL/querying skills (preferred)
- Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, or similar is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
