Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Support Consultant with strong Warehouse Management System (WMS) expertise and production support experience. The ideal candidate will provide L2 support, resolve incidents and service requests, coordinate with warehouse operations teams, and ensure smooth system functionality in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Manhattan WMS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Support warehouse operations by analyzing and resolving system-related issues.
• Work closely with warehouse operators, business users, and stakeholders.
• Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, data analysis, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution procedures.
  
  

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience in Manhattan WMS Functional/Technical roles.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on production support experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and distribution operations.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and support activities.
• Experience providing L2 application support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
