- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX/NSX-T, and Site Recovery Manager (SRM) environments.
- Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, availability, and infrastructure-related issues across virtual and physical server environments.
- Perform root cause analysis for server, virtualization, networking, storage, and application-impacting incidents.
- Support Cisco UCS, Dell, HP/HPE, and Lenovo server platforms, including hardware troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, RAID management, and remote management tools such as iDRAC, iLO, and XClarity.
- Administer SAN/NAS storage environments and ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Support patch management, vulnerability remediation, and SCCM-related administration activities.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms to manage incidents, changes, requests, and problem records.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery initiatives, and enterprise modernization projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, and support guides.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, storage, and application teams to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members when required.
- Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2022, 2019, 2016, 2012).
- Hands-on expertise with VMware ESXi, vCenter, NSX/NSX-T, SRM, and vSAN.
- Experience supporting enterprise virtualization infrastructure, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core Microsoft infrastructure services.
- Experience supporting Cisco UCS, Dell, HP/HPE, and Lenovo server platforms.
- Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage technologies.
- Experience with SCCM, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewall rules, latency, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience working within ServiceNow or similar ITSM environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
