Responsibilities
- Perform WiFi testing and validation in a lab environment
- Work with next-generation wireless technologies including WiFi 6/6E, WiFi 7, and beyond
- Execute test cases using lab equipment and tools
- Analyze performance metrics such as speed, throughput, and reliability
- Support troubleshooting and issue identification in wireless networks
- Document test results and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Foundational understanding of wireless networking concepts; Familiarity with 802.11 protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
- Basic knowledge of WiFi technologies (WiFi 6 / 6E preferred, WiFi 7 exposure is a plus)
- Exposure to network engineering concepts (switching/routing knowledge is acceptable)
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
- Willingness to learn and grow within the wireless space
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
- Exposure to wireless certifications or coursework (e.g., CWNA or similar; -CAAP- experience is a plus)
- Experience in a lab/testing environment
- Familiarity with wireless testing tools such as Octoscope / Keysight equipment (nice to have, not required-training provided)
- Background in wireless (WiFi preferred; LTE knowledge is acceptable but not required)
