Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and support Oracle WebLogic Server (Standalone & Clustered environments).
- Manage and support Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, OSB, BAM, MDS, Human Workflow).
- Perform domain creation, server startup/shutdown, deployments, and patching.
- Monitor system health, JVM performance, thread pools, memory, and garbage collection.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to WebLogic, SOA composites, and middleware integrations.
- Implement High Availability (HA), Load Balancing, and Failover configurations.
- Perform middleware upgrades and migrations.
- Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage SSL certificates, security configurations, and user roles.
- Automate administrative tasks using WLST scripting and shell scripts.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
- 6 years of hands-on experience as a WebLogic Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic Server (11g/12c).
- Solid experience with Oracle SOA Suite.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database and JDBC data sources.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- Proficiency in WLST, Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of JVM tuning and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Familiarity with middleware security concepts (SSL, authentication, authorization).
