DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- They will work with business units to collect and develop requirements for System Center Service Manager
- Work with System Center Orchestrator. Create new orchestrator workflows,
- Work with Cireson. Maintain and update software and work with vendor to fulfill service requests. Updating JavaScript for service request offerings.
- Maintain, update, patch Service Manager, Orchestrator, and Cireson.
- Develop Reporting on Service Manager Usage.
- Interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management and internal

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Point of Contact (POC) for
