- Drive design and architecture activities for wireless provisioning and activation systems critical for Mobile offering.
- Translate requirements into design and architecture development.
- Design and provide support for the Network Services Layer platform's systems, components, and infrastructure.
- Create epic-level cross-functional designs for new projects.
- Create solution design documents for the network service layer.
- 8-10 years of experience in system design principles and impact analysis [Jira, LucidCharts, Confluence tools, Visio, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); use of these tools support documentation of design to deliver product requirements to support provisioning and activation for Spectrum Mobile.
- 8 years of experience utilizing telecommunications principles and design [Knowledge in wireless access technologies including WiFi, 4G-LTE and familiar with 5G; ability to understand 3GPP wireless specifications and support testing with devices to validate provisioning flows]
- Support development of telecom operational support systems (OSS) capabilities for design and development of wireless provisioning and activation systems for Spectrum Mobile]
- Coordinate with other engineering organizations to finalize design.
- Provide technical development guidance and collaborate with the business team, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Systems Architects.
- Develop proofs of concept using current trends and technological innovations in the wireless industry.
- Analyze interactions between systems and evaluate the impact of any platform changes, additions, or deletions.
- Define requirements for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
