Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Video Production Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on support for video productions and live broadcasts. This role focuses on system reliability, live event execution, and video infrastructure supporting executive-level communications.

Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Video Production Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on support for video productions and live broadcasts. This role focuses on system reliability, live event execution, and video infrastructure supporting executive-level communications.
Required Technical Experience
- 5-10 years in video production engineering, broadcast operations, or live event technical roles.
- Strong understanding of video signal flow, cameras, codecs, lighting, audio, and networking.
- Proven experience supporting live, multi-camera events.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and production control systems.
- Ability to manage 200 ft cable runs.
- Strong judgment using fiber, SDI, HDMI, and CAT6.
- Experience setting up stand-alone networks with 20 devices.
- Clear understanding of luma key vs. chroma key.
- Professional cameras and microphones
- Video switchers
- Audio interfaces
- Fiber systems
- RAID storage
- LTO tape drives
- Media asset management systems
- Based in Peoria, IL - not open to remote candidates.
- Regular travel required
- Occasional off-hours support for live events
