Summary:
This individual will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers. You will help the client support health professionals by providing research insights about how they work with patients to understand the patient's care. Your expertise will bridge user needs with design solutions, fostering a user-centered culture within our dynamic teams.

- Using research, determine what ideas best meet user and business needs
- Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals.
- Develop an evidence-based mobile research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Model excellence (not perfection) in user-centered research processes
- Advocate for UX research best practices, especially for research on mobile devices
- Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles
- Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear insights
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer mobile use cases and ensure their needs are addressed
