- Seeking a UX Researcher passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences through usability testing and human-centered design.
- The role involves conducting design research in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with clients, product managers, designers, and developers.
- Requires a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and research methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into product and design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively presenting findings and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience with qualitative design research in a professional environment.
- Ability to apply research insights to product and design decisions.
- Experience with various UX research methodologies such as usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and task analysis.
- Proficiency with UX research tools and familiarity with prototyping tools.
- 1 3 years of qualitative design research experience in a non-academic setting.
- Experience conducting both remote and in-person usability testing.
- Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
- Understand project needs and define research goals in ambiguous scenarios.
- Identify appropriate research methods and recruit target audiences.
- Plan and execute iterative usability testing to gather feedback and validate design concepts.
- Conduct moderated and unmoderated testing, including creating protocols and analysis plans.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate research insights into product development.
- Advocate for users and ensure research-driven decision making.
- Communicate research strategies, methodologies, and insights to stakeholders.
- Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility standards in evaluations.
- Continuously improve research processes and stay updated with latest tools and best practices.

- Usability testing and heuristic evaluation.
- Survey design and task analysis.
- Persona development and journey mapping.
- UX research tools such as UserTesting, Contentsquare, Medallia, and Pendo.
- Prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related design discipline.
Salary : $50 - $55
