Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design strategies.
- Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to continuously improve user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on UX Research.
