- B.S./B.A. in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 8 10 years of professional experience across UX design and UX research
- Demonstrated experience owning design work from concept through delivery Portfolio demonstrating strong enterprise UX design work across complex products or platforms
- Proven experience designing end-to-end workflows, tools, or systems for internal or B2B users
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles
- Experience designing for data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, or role-based systems
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and shaping problems before solutions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across discipline
