We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team and help create intuitive and engaging experiences for our enterprise tools. If you have a passion for design and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive user experiences for enterprise applications, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into user-friendly designs and flows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment on design requirements and implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing findings.
• Create prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
• Contribute to usability improvements across workflows, focusing on clarity and efficiency.
• Participate in user research activities and apply insights to enhance design outcomes.
  
  

Skills

• 4 years of experience in UX design, particularly in cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency in designing for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong skills in Figma, including component-based design and prototyping.
• Ability to convert defined product requirements into effective design solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver production-ready designs.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with service design methods such as journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
• Knowledge of Material Design principles for Android platforms.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
