- Network Architecture & Physical Design
- LANs
- WANs
- VoIP networks
- Unified Communications Engineering
- Assist and lead the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications products.
- Support software upgrades and enhancements for existing Cisco voice deployments.
- UC Systems Deployment & Optimization
- Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize enterprise:
- IP telephony
- Voice solutions
- Video collaboration
- Mobility solutions
- Operational Support
- Provide senior-level support for day-to-day UC system operation.
- Partner with engineering teams to solve complex voice/video issues.
- Maintain system stability, availability, and performance.
