Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and support secure Cisco Unified Communications (UC) environments for mission-critical DoD programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, Expressway, SIP Trunking, VoIP, QoS, and WAN integration within TS/SCI classified environments.
Required Skills
- 7 years of Cisco Unified Communications experience
- Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
- Cisco Unity, Expressway, SIP Trunking & Enterprise VoIP
- QoS implementation across WAN networks
- IP Telephony, SIP signaling, call routing & troubleshooting
- Routing & Switching fundamentals
- RMF, STIG compliance, and DoD environments
- Experience supporting classified (TS/SCI) networks
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (Mandatory)
Preferred
- CCNP Collaboration (Preferred)
- DoD/Military communications experience
- UC modernization and secure collaboration platforms
- Automation/Scripting for UC administration
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
