REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep experience in managing technology environment stability and availability, ensuring high uptime and reliability
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices for incident management, change management, and service delivery
- Proficiency in system support principles, focusing on process automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies, including delivery projects and implementations
- Expertise in search and analytics engines like Splunk and Datalog for log analysis and insights
- Skills in workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification to optimize processes
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
- Competence in programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, or Java for development and integration
- Experience with production support systems like ServiceNow, automated deployment pipelines, and Jenkins
- Ability to think creatively and abstractly to solve complex problems
- Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), with AWS Certification as a bonus
