Production Support Engineer – Security & Infrastructure

What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day operations for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and related security tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve endpoint and system issues with urgency and precision
- Build and maintain PowerShell and dbrun scripts to automate workflows
- Use Ansible for configuration management and deployment automation
- Support systems across Linux environments and integrate with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Partner closely with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams
- Operate within ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management
What You Bring
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Ansible
- Solid understanding of endpoint security principles
- Experience supporting Linux systems
- Exposure to GCP
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
Nice to Have
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Additional scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Broader exposure to Microsoft security tools
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
