- Operational Readiness & Launch Execution Supporting product launches, readiness activities, and execution in an onsite lab environment.
- Operational Documentation & Process Standardization Creating and maintaining documentation, standard processes, and launch best practices
- Analytics & Dashboard Familiarity Comfort working with dashboards and metrics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation Identifying operational or launch risks and proactively addressing them through process or tooling improvements
- Tooling Experience Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking work, documentation, and collaboration
- Clear Written & Verbal Communication Ability to communicate status, risks, and insights effectively to stakeholders.
