Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support and customers.
- Execute medical education courses and workshops in a bioskills lab environment, ensuring effective training delivery.
- Maintain the bioskills lab, ensuring all training aids and setups align with program objectives.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to manage projects from design through to implementation.
- Proficiency in working with cadaveric tissue within a bioskills lab setting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Training, Field Sales, or Clinical Support in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Experience as a Scrub Tech or Surgical Nurse, particularly within the ENT specialty.
- Hands-on experience with Medtronic ENT products, such as StealthStation Navigation or IPC Powered Surgical Systems.
- A deep understanding of sterile fields, surgical instrumentation, and operating room flow.
