We are looking for a Senior Tooling Engineer with strong experience in injection molding mold design, development, and troubleshooting, preferably in medical devices.

We are looking for a Senior Tooling Engineer with strong experience in injection molding mold design, development, and troubleshooting, preferably in medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Design/approve molds, jigs, and fixtures (DFM, validation, FIR/FRP).
- Repair/modify molds and resolve tooling issues.
- Support sampling, qualification, and part approvals.
- Collaborate with design/production teams and maintain documentation.
- Deep expertise in injection molding & hot runner systems.
- ProE/Creo Windchill (SolidWorks is a plus).
- Basic molding machine operation skills preferred.
- Strong communication & problem-solving.
