Description:
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Duties may include timekeeping, word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving, and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
- Familiarity with MS Office required.
- Open to experience in any industry
- This person will be trained by existing FTE's and the contractor who is leaving
- Not looking for an Accountant/Financial Analyst- this is very a very administrative type of role looking for someone who has done a good deal of entering data.
- This team is part of the District Office that support s distribution for operations for front line employees, first responders, construction, engineers/compliance, inspectors. They are half union/half internal.
- Highschool diploma required
- This role is a timekeeper- looking for someone who has been a timekeeper or an admin assistant who has done timekeeping/bookkeeping previously.
- Looking for someone very detail oriented since this role can entail entering data in most of the day.
- 2-year contract with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance and availability of budget
- Location: 5 days a week onsite at clients Metro Location
- Hours are 6:30/7 AM PST - 3:30/4 PM PST
