Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Kronos WFC/WFD solutions
- Manage Time & Labor modules including timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activities
- Design and develop integrations using WIM for WFC and WFR environments
- Work with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi) for seamless data exchange
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with workforce policies, labor laws, and organizational standards
- Drive configuration and optimization of workforce management processes
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system improvements
- Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices are followed
- 7 years of IT experience
- 6 years of hands-on experience with Kronos WFC/WFD/WFR applications
- Strong expertise in:
– Scheduling & Forecasting
– Accruals & Leave Management
– Activities & Workforce Analytics
- Experience with WIM integrations for WFC/WFR
- Exposure to middleware tools like Dell Boomi (or similar integration platforms)
- Strong understanding of workforce management domains:
– Employee Self-Service
– Work Authorization
– Productivity & Utilization Tracking
– Incentive Pay Models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
