Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in integration projects.
Ability to define technical standards best practices and governance for Tibco and middleware solutions.
Experience in solution architecture including designing scalable secure and maintainable integration platforms.
Experience with Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) for designing and developing integration workflows.
Familiarity with Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and event-driven architecture.
Understanding of JMS (Java Messaging Service) concepts.
Knowledge of Tibco ActiveMatrix Tibco Hawk or other Tibco middleware tools is a plus.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform) and deploying Tibco solutions in cloud environments.
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts QA and operations.
Capability to conduct code reviews design reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Knowledge of security best practices in integration including data encryption authentication and authorization.
Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning for enterprise integration systems.
Ability to create technical documentation and provide training or knowledge transfer sessions.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects or priorities.
Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
