>> Developing a robust Technology Telecom cost structure and single billing platform across the Enterprise
>> Managing and developing a strong telecom team responsible for transforming current telecom billing platform
>> Forecasting monthlyquarterly run rates and changes to run rates
>> OrderingDisconnecting new services
>> Overseeing work performed by third party vendors related to telecommunication services
>> Directing the audit, maintenance, analysis, and verification for accurate communications billing, charge-back models, and contract compliance monitoring activities
>> Consulting with RFP process for telecommunications related services and reviews contracts, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure best practices are implemented
>> Managing IT and Telecom Carrier Vendor SLAs and develop pertinent reporting for Senior leadership
