We are looking for a Telecom project manager/business analyst who is able to translate complex technical specifications into concrete requirements. You know how to engage a team, set clear standards, remove barriers, and problem solve. Mostly you are committed to helping everyone on your team do their best work and successfully deliver projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to guide the product from concept to implementation in fast paced Agile Environment
• Project Planning and Coordination - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones. Use AI tools for reducing outer loop processes
• Coordinating and scheduling cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and to align project requirements with business goals and objectives.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate to technical concepts and requirements
• Experience in project sizing, tracking budget and resource allocation
• Facilitating project kick-off meetings, progress updates, and reviews to ensure alignment and effective communication among all team members.
• Maintains excellent communication with functional team members and direct management to ensure early identification of issues and a timely reporting of status.
• Hands on Expert level proficiency experience in creating and engaging impactful presentations using Google Slides for C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Identifies, monitors, reports and escalates project-related issues to achieve timely resolution and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to handle multiple projects and strict deadlines in a rapidly paced environment.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Exposure to AI tools
• Proficiency in Agile, JIRA, Confluence
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Forms, Sheets
  
  

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science or similar.
• 10 years of Technology Experience preferably in Telecommunications
• Preferable Agile Certification; AI adoption with project management/Requirements
