You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex technical information and user understanding, especially within the context of information technology. Your future duties and responsibilities:
Senior:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience
Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
Required: Demonstrated experience writing documentation, procedure manuals, and training materials, developing comprehensive documentation, writing user-friendly content of broad target audience, turning insights into language for user success, and translating complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
Highly Desired: Demonstrated experience working with engineers to improve user experience, refining content, and creating visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Excellent Writing and Editing skills: Conveys complex information accurately and clearly.
Strong Technical Aptitude: Quickly grasp and understand complex technical subject matter.
Attention to Detail: Technical documentation requires a high level of accuracy and precision.
Research Skills: Effectively research, analyze, and synthesize information is essential.
Audience Analysis: Understand target audience's technical knowledge and tailor content accordingly.
Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicating with SMEs and team members is crucial.
Familiarity with Documentation Tools: This can include word processing software, content management systems, and specialized authoring tools.
