- Create training materials, standards, and job aids to support organizational compliance and learning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content.
- 1 2 years of experience creating content such as manuals, guides, or instructional documents.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation accuracy.
