Job Description:

Primary skills :

• Product quality, testing, and validation support
  
  

Hands-on involvement in operational readiness testing (ORT), User acceptance testing, validating product readiness, and identifying quality risks.

• Operational Readiness & Launch Execution Supporting product launches, readiness activities, and execution in an onsite lab environment.
• Operational Documentation & Process Standardization Creating and maintaining documentation, standard processes, and launch best practices
  
  

Secondary skills:

• Analytics & Dashboard Familiarity Comfort working with dashboards and metrics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation Identifying operational or launch risks and proactively addressing them through process or tooling improvements
• Tooling Experience Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking work, documentation, and collaboration
• Clear Written & Verbal Communication Ability to communicate status, risks, and insights effectively to stakeholders.
