- Strong in XML & JSON, system/data analysis
- Agile experience (user stories, working with devs & stakeholders)
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Product mindset, adaptable
- Preferred: Mortgage Indutry, AI knowledge
Required:
- Bachelors in tech field or equivalent experience
- Hand-on experience in product/data/business analysis
- Strong in XML, JSON & data integration
- Agile experience tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- AI tools exposure & strong analytical skills
- Mortgage domain experience
- Knowledge of loan data standards (ULDD, UCD)
- Experience with automation & data quality
- Problem-solving & adaptability
- Strong ownership & stakeholder management
- Clear communication & teamwork
