- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Manage multiple high-impact projects and competing priorities
- Provide executive-level status reporting and risk management
- Coordinate IT, operations, and vendor teams
- Drive Agile delivery using Jira
