- 10 years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management.
- Strong Telecom domain experience (Wireless, Network, Digital, OSS/BSS preferred).
- Proven experience delivering enterprise scale platforms in complex environments.
- Technical Skills Solid understanding of: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Microservices, APIs, REST, and middleware integrations SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Ability to engage in technical discussions with architects and engineers. Project & Process Skills Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models.
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting tools. Excellent risk management, dependency tracking, and release planning skills.
- Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and distributed teams. Proven leadership and team facilitation capabilities.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
