Key Responsibilities Lead and support mainframe to cloud migration programs, ensuring successful planning and execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. Drive program execution with a strong focus on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Manage risks, escalations, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment. Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Support operational activities such as system upgrades, maintenance windows, and incident tracking. Utilize tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Kanban boards for tracking and reporting. Ensure adherence to IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Maintain clear and effective communication with client-facing and internal teams. Required Qualifications Experience managing or supporting mainframe to cloud migration programs as a Technical Project or Program Manager. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud technologies, and software engineering concepts. Experience supporting open-source and cloud-based application environments. Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail. Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage escalations. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Kanban, and ITSM frameworks. Experience in operations support, including upgrades, maintenance, and ticket management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
