Technical Program Manager - Wireless

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in technical program management for large-scale software development.
• Proficiency in wireless communication technologies and cellular provisioning architectures.
• Experience with API design, technical system interfacing, and backend integration.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a wireless or telecom ecosystem.
• Experience with KPI development, data analytics, and performance dashboarding.
• Experience in Wi-Fi to cellular connectivity testing and technical resolution roadmaps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority technical programs focused on wireless hardware and software provisioning.
• Coordinate API specifications and integration requirements with external telecom service providers.
• Manage the execution of multiple simultaneous workstreams and complex software projects.
• Facilitate technical collaboration between internal engineering teams and strategic external partners.
• Oversee data analytics reporting and the development of executive performance metrics.
• Direct field testing initiatives to identify and resolve wireless connectivity gaps.
• Translate business feature requirements into technical implementation plans for development teams.
