- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
- Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and OKRs aligned with business goals.
- Establish governance frameworks, including RACI matrices, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across programs.
- Drive Agile best practices (Scrum, SAFe) across teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure continuous delivery.
- Coach teams to enhance Agile maturity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in architecture and design discussions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance in technical solutions.
- Oversee integration, release management, and DevOps practices.
- Manage technical risks and ensure alignment across platforms and systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive transparent communication and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Align program outcomes with organizational strategy and business priorities.
- 15 years of experience in program/project management, including at least 5 years in technical delivery roles.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs.
