- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and engineering teams.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Create detailed project plans including work breakdown structures, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
- Drive end to end project execution in agile environments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
- Maintain project documentation, delivery plans, and status dashboards.
- Provide regular status updates, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment across global teams and facilitate collaboration with offshore teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Support adoption of modern technologies including AI services, cloud platforms, and full stack frameworks.
- Oversee delivery quality including testing, defect management, and release readiness.
- Identify and mitigate risks, handling escalations effectively.
- 10 plus years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and operations teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Track progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Present updates to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Review technical designs and solution architectures.
- Manage UAT coordination and release planning.
- Strong understanding of full stack development including UI frameworks, APIs, databases, and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of AI technologies including GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and related concepts.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with offshore and remote teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience in AI or cloud native product implementations is an advantage.
- Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, basic SQL queries, and review technical documents.
Salary : $57 - $62
