Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Apply Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to manage project execution.
- Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, customizations, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Drive process improvement and best practices in project execution and delivery.
- Maintain clear reporting on project status, budgets, timelines, and resource needs for leadership.
- 8 years of project or program management experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce delivery and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
- Experience managing complex integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Project Manager) are a plus.
