Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, driving successful delivery across platform enhancements, integrations, and cloud implementations. This role combines strong technical understanding of Salesforce with proven project leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to manage project execution.
• Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, customizations, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Drive process improvement and best practices in project execution and delivery.
• Maintain clear reporting on project status, budgets, timelines, and resource needs for leadership.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of project or program management experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce delivery and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Experience managing complex integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Project Manager) are a plus.
