The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in SingleStore, MPP database design, SQL performance tuning, and data platform modernization, along with proven experience leading complex enterprise data migrations.

- Sharding and distribution strategies

- Prior experience migrating from Vertica or other MPP/legacy data warehouses.
- Advanced SQL and database design expertise for analytical workloads.
- Experience with Spark (Scala/Python) for large-scale data processing.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or SME on complex data platform initiatives.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly.
- Experience leading teams, handling escalations, and driving delivery under tight SLAs.
