- 8 years of experience in IT consulting, system integration, or technical project roles
- Required automotive industry experience, such as OEM, Tier 1, mobility, or manufacturing IT
- Experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, presales, or technical support)
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)
- Experience or familiarity with AI / GenAI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot
- Understanding of AI Agent concepts, workflow automation, and system integration
- Basic knowledge of system architecture, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise security considerations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural environments
